Virgin chauffeur car service?

Hi. So we are booked with Virgin in Upper class to Orlando and the tickets say code ‘D’ on them

We have not traveled in Upper before.

Are we eligible for their free car service in Orlando -
from airport to hotel and also return?
If so how do I book this
Or
If it’s available at a cost - how do I find out how much.
I have looked on Virgin website but cannot find prices or whether it’s available in Orlando

The free service has ended but you can book one with FC points.
