Uber & Lyft - Mobility Scooter

We are about to purchase a mobility scooter for DH due to his mobility worsening after an accident at work.
I just wondered if we are able to order Uber & Lyft and specify that we have a scooter with us ? Any help would be appreciated

You would need to order uberACCESS, not sure it’s available in Orlando thou as it says on there website “ selected markets” hope fully someone will have a definitive answer if it’s available in the Orlando are

Thanks I hope someone has used it. There is UBERWAV (wheelchair accessible vehicles) but it says not available in USA.

Uber and Lyft both have options in Orlando for wheelchair accessible cars.

Not used it personally but definitely an option through the app.

Hi I have used a Mears accessible taxi before if that helps, waited in the queue at Epcot one evening about 3 years ago for a taxi to get me and my mobility scooter back to the villa, as DH had gone to a concert. It worked great.
