We've had a Dolce Gusto and a Tassimo. Both were OK however 2 years ago we bought an Nespresso. It's fantastic. The quality of the coffee is better than any we've had.
DH uses the milk frother but I drink it without milk.
The capsuare more expensive but you can get very good copies, including Hot Chocolate.
We even bought one for the bedroom. A little bit of luxury for us x

Hi
I was just looking at one for my 13 year old son as well, he tried lattes recently and liked them and asked me to get some of the flavoured ones so I too had been thinking a machine would be great for him x

I had a Tassimo and that packed up after about three years. I now have a Nespresso, which is much better. IMO. I buy the pods from Aldi, I never buy the brand pods, just any compatibles I find.

We have a Tassimo, love it, the Suchard hot chocolate is the best but the Oreo hot chocolate is lovely too, can usually get good deals on the pods on Amazon

I think a Tassimo sounds like the best option for me, love the idea of one in the bedroom... but will see how it goes.

Thanks everyone!

We have a tassimo too - its used for hot chocolate more than anything to be honest DS2 likes the oreo hot chocolate and cadburys for DS1, DD and DH - I quite like the occasional latte so its good for that!

We have a Nescafé Dulce gusto the pods from Lidl fit it ( Bella cafe ) or you can order boxes online with the £10 voucher that comes with the machine . My teenage children & friends like the lattes , hot chocolates & cold iced coffees & we buy the flavoured syrups in TK Maxx ! My friend has a tassimo which tastes better but the kids like the novelty of the DG drinks pods.
