I flew in September too with Virgin to MCO and wasn't given a form and I wasn't asked anything either.

You're lucky. The immigration hall was empty when I got there but I was on a solo trip and got a 15 minute grilling. Why was I on my own, was I meeting anyone there, questions about money, all sorts. She made me feel like a criminal. I was wearing a Disney tee shirt and my carry on bag was a backpack with pictures of Mickey Mouse all over it.

Subjected to standard immigration questioning then! Especially for single travellers.

It was my first flight since 1997 (not just to America but first flight full stop since then) and I found it a bit scary.
