Yes, I agree.
Whilst it is addressing a very important issue, I don’t really think a fun sci-fi drama is necessarily the best forum. It was the same last week pointing out how it is better to co-operate than be competitive. A good point but it is supposed to be escapism, not a lesson on fairness, equality or morality.

I thought it was a great way to bring Rosa Parks into our homes, the reasoning behind the disruption (and who was behind it was a bit lacking) but I didn't care just to be there in 1955. I'm sure it's a very sanitised version, but maybe some viewers have never heard of Rosa Parks... and the backstory of this comprises one of the scariest monsters I can imagine

I did enjoy it and learned more than I knew about Rosa Parks . I also felt the excitement of Ryan meeting MLK . However I do think that they need to get back to pretend monsters ... I liked the wheelie bins which swallowed people !

This season of Dr Who is amazing. It's the first time in years I've actually understood the plot and related to the characters. More please

I love this series - goes back to the "old" Dr Who. (what bigger monster than man himself is a running theme), and a time-lord travelling in time is no big shock.

It is black history month and having an episode that goes back to the start of the freedom movement was inspiring - a real episode to share with the family.

I found it very moving. (and the actress portraying Rosa Parks out acted everyone else on the screen!)

As someone born a few years after Rosa Parks refused to move , who grew up in multicultural London I found it fascinating and quite thought provoking as well as highly entertaining.
I have no problem with this back to basics Dr Who with multiple companions rather than one as the relationship dynamics are entirely different.
