How to give friends my ADR?

Self explanatory really. I've booked CRT and we've decided Akershus will be enough as we've done CRT before. How do I give my friends our booking?

Unless you swap bands for the night I think you'll need to synchronise watches and make sure they're poised to book as you cancel in the dead of the night!

just tell them to turn up and give your name at check-in

If you hand the reservation over as such, by giving them your booking ref etc - just be aware that if for some reason they don't turn up, it'll be your card that will be charged the no show fee

Don't you pay upfront for CRT. In which case I'd have thought you could get the friend to pay you and give them the reservation number?

That depends if you have a dining plan or not. If you are on ddp, you don't pay up front because they know you have plan on your booking. You only pay before when not on a dining plan
