DVC Member Events 2017.
Found this if it's of use to anybody and their dates 'match'
Disney Vacation Club will continue to offer "Moonlight Magic" after-hours events at Walt Disney World throughout 2017. The complimentary, after-hours events at Disney Parks feature shorter-than-usual wait times at some of the parks’ most popular attractions, special entertainment and character appearances and complimentary treats. The 2017 Moonlight Magic schedule looks like this: Magic Kingdom - February 24 and March 3 2017 Epcot - December 4 2017 and December 11 2017 Disney's Animal Kingdom - September 6 2017 and September 13 2017 Typhoon Lagoon Water park - June 22 2017; June 28 2017; July 5 2017; July 13 2017. Reservations are required, and can be made online at the Membership Magic Ever After page. Compliments of WDWMagic.

I'm hoping to do the 13th Sept. any idea what the DVC events are like?

we went to the ak event on 6th september-really enjoyed it and hoping to go again this year
.we had a great time at the dinoland area,got 2 free tries in the carnival area and we won lots of toys for the little ones.had a great time dancing with various characters and the children enjoyed the snacks and icecreams.a highlight was the lightshow on the tree and riding everest in the dark.
