New BLT Owners
I have just heard that we closed on our resale purchase at BLT yesterday.
Our first attempt was taken by Disney at ROFR but this contract took exactly one month from offer to closing as we put in our offer on 3rd January. I now face the daunting task of planning our August 2018 trip for 12 people. Flights were booked this week

 We bought into AKV in September 2014 and really don't think we will add on any more, but you never know.
