Mobile DVC one bed - where do the children sleep?

Hi,

I feel like this is a daft question, but if we got a DVC one bed villa, where would my toddler sleep?

Thanks

I can't speak for other resorts but at Kidani and VGF there's a single bed in the living area that can be pulled out/dropped down.

3 choices.

In the king bed with you

On the sofa bed in the living room (the official answer)

Use an Airbed in the master bedroom.

We've done all three at various times.

Thanks both, there's no way she'd sleep on her own in the lounge.

Can I drag it in the bedroom? Where would I get the air bed from Bev? I think I must asked this before as I'm getting big dejavue but I can't remember - these babies have addled my brain! 😳

If you don't want your toddler in a separate room and don't want them in with you in the king bed then you will have to provide your own airbed or similar there is nothing that could or should be moved from the lounge area.

Would a studio be an alternative then at least you are all in the same room in proper beds? I suppose the trade off is less room and no kitchen -just a thought .

Dragging it into the bedroom would ruin the flooring.

You can buy air beds from Walmart etc or even a small toddler bed.

We are going for a studio with a pull down bed in October. DD1 will sleep on the pull down and DD2 in the travel cot. I have reservations about a little one in the living room/kitchen area alone so avoiding 1 beds for now.

We took a ready bed with us one trip. But to be honest the king bed is enormous and we would just share with a toddler.
