Dining plan
If Disney introduce the free dining plan later this year, what dates will be eligible for it.
Someone at work is planning to go early December this year, staying onsite but haven't booked yet. So would they be able to get the free dining if they wait to book?

No not for this year. It'll be for 2018 bookings. They could wait and see what the Disney US site offer for later this year.
