Altamonte Mall

For all you Hollister and Abercrombie fans, by pass Florida mall and head to Altamonte. We went yesterday and the in-store offers are brill, and are never found in the tourist location stores. Hoodies were $25 or less, clearance had an additional 50% offer, making my $80 sweater $15. Jeans half off or $20 a pair. I could go on but you get the picture. It is only a little further up the I4, and took us 40 mins going up, but longer coming back as we hit rush hour. The mall itself is quiet and pleasant to walk around, Macys still give the 15% visitor discount too.

We completely back you up on that one. We had never been to that mall before and went last year. Not too far from Mall at Millenia.
It's really nice and the savings are great. We've recommended it to family who are there now.

And I'll third it!

We went to Altamonte last Saturday and bought a few things in Hollister there. One of them was a blue round necked sweater reduced from $34.50 to $25. When we went down to Florida Mall on Monday it was still $34.50 there.

The teenage girl who has come on holiday with us bought a sleeveless denim shirt with a lace collar from Altamonte - reduced from $50 to $34. It was still $50 at Florida Mall.

I got a tee shirt at Altamonte too that was marked as reduced to $13.99 (but I can't remember the full price) - when I paid it was reduced further to $6.99.

My receipt for a small man's v-necked tee shirt in RAF blue with the little Hollister symbol, a ladies lightweight woollen sweater, a ladies graphics tee shirt and a pair of large men's shorts came to $61.46 including tax.

What a find that place is! Last year we had armsful of clothes (think of people walking around Primark) and we still only spent $321!
