Universal outlet?
There is often mention of a disney outlet but is there one for universal or can you pick up things from Walmart etc? Mainly minions goodies or Harry potter sweets (look pretty pricey on universal website)

The only one I've ever seen was at Festival Bay and I'm pretty sure it's now closed.

There's a universal shop @ the mall @mellinia not sure whether its any cheaper, although I'm sure it will be if not in the park they always bump prices up

Having been back for a couple of weeks, we noticed there were no universal stores anywhere as we love buying their stuff, think universal realised that if you want their stuff you will pay premium prices in the park.
Also the disney outlets were rubbish in comparison to the past, wouldnt be surprised if the are phased out too

Oh dear. The price of chocolate frogs is ridiculous and he wanted Bertie botts beans. Do the jelly belly shops sell them as they are made by them?

In 2011 there was an outlet of sorts inside the turnstiles at, I think, it was IOA - smart universal, keep your cheap merchandise in park

I have never noticed one anywhere but have picked up Minion t shirts from general shops.

There used to be one at Orlando Premium Outlets South, but it shut down a few years ago, it was pretty popular when it was open, maybe Universal prefer that you pay their inflated prices in the parks.

I remember on my way out of (I want to go with a previous dibber and say IOA) there was a sale area but it was all stuff I wasnt bothered about anyway so I didnt pay lots of attention. If i see anything when I am out there I will post again
