Shooting Range
Hi - could anyone recommend a good shooting range, roughly what you spent and how long you were there? I have been looking around and not sure which one to choose!
Many thanks x |

Have a look in Beyond the Parks and do a search on shooting, there's quite a bit of info in there.
We like Oak Ridge Gun Range and there is a fairly new one opened up on the 192 in Kissimmee. We were at Oak Ridge for a couple of hours, shot .22 handguns and 9mm rifles with 2 boxes of bullets for the 9mm and 4 bags of bullets for the .22 and it came to just over $100 for the two of us, and included the targets, ear protectors, safety goggles and instruction.

I can recommend Oakridge as well, others have mentioned Machine Gun America.

I tried Oak Ridge and it was ok. But then got a tip off about a UK guy out at Mount Dora who runs shooting trips. That was on another level - expensive ($200) but well worth it.

Shauney do u have any more info about the mount Dora one? Am trying to find somewhere for a special treat for hubby's 40th but he'll be on his own as I'll be looking after our 3yr old and all the ranges of found don't allow someone to turn up on their own.
