ADR mistake who to contact?

So logged on this morning got all I wanted except I got distracted by someone in the office and some how booked a meal at Tusker House for 1.30 today when it should have on the 30th of August. How do I cancel it as there's no option on the website?:angry: but also I got what I wanted.

You need to phone Disney dining. The number is on the website.

I did exactly the same thing last week. The CM said it's quite common.

I called 0800 1690 730 and they cancelled it and rebooked it at the correct time

I did exactly the same when booking our ADRs last week! There's a phone number at the bottom of the Disney website you can call. I did it straight away after noticing my mistake and spoke to a lovely woman on the phone who cancelled it straight away (no charge).

That's Disney! They don't want to charge you for a mistake, just make sure people aren't abusing the system. Other companies should take note...
