Disney Cruise Advice

Looking to book a 3 night cruise.

Thinking about upgrading to a slightly larger room but its giving me options of rear, middle and front of ship? Is one better/worse than the other?

Its also giving me options of deck 5 at the front, decks 6-10 at the middle and 5-10 at the rear. Any suggestions on what would be best?

I've never been on a cruise before, so have no idea

If seasickness is a potential issue I would go midship. I couldn’t go anywhere near the front lol.

We went for the aft (right at the back in the centre). Fantastic views of Castaway Cay from our balcony. All I can say is that I’m sure whatever room you decide to stay in , you’ll love it! We went on the Dream, absolutely fell in love with it Enjoy!
ETA: we stayed on deck 8, also at the back you are closer to cabanas and the pool area etc

We stayed deck 5 aft but as far forwards to mid as you can get. Didn't feel any movement, it was quiet & very easy to get everywhere. Loved the location and next time we sail the dream or fantasy I'll try for the same location.

I'm a bit late to the party, but for what it's worth ... I wouldn't upgrade at all. You are really not in your room long enough to be bothered by a few extra square foot. On a 3 night cruise, you'll barely touch your room as there will be so many other things to do.

There is no better or worse for cabin location - if you ask 10 people, you'll get 10 different answers as it's very much personal preference.

If you're visiting Castaway Cay, it's ice to be on the starboard (right) side so you can see the island, but as you'll be ON the island all day, do you actually need to see it? The ship normally reverses in which is why starboard is best, but something she has to go front in, so you've lost your island view straight away.

So, save your money, book an inside cabin and cruise for longer if you can!
