Avoriaz lift pass

We are off to Avoriaz in January for a bit of snowboarding, and we have booked everything separately, and just need to buy the lift passes. I have spoken with our Air BnB host and he recommends the Serma as the only place to buy passes. I would wait until we get there, but having looked online, there is a 10% discount if you buy before 15 November. I was wondering whether anyone has booked through Serma and whether you collect the passes when you arrive? Has anyone had any issues?
