Need help with a Dilemma
We currently have 31st October booked and were feeling pretty positive until this last week or so.
Have been debating wether to change to May next year taking away the stress of will we, won’t we. We could then book a few days away at the end of September so at least we’ve got something this year Others have said May is a good time to go (never been this time of year) hoping that Thyphoon Lagoon will be open in May, Tron could be finished and the possible craziness of 50th anniversary may have died down a little. Travel restrictions although probably still in place may be a little more relaxed by then too possibly no traffic light system.(probably not though). My head is going to explode soon if I don’t make a decision soon. Any advice much appreciated |

I honestly think October is looking unlikely. When is your balance due? I’d wait until your balance is due and then if no change, move your dates then. 👍🏻

14TH September balance due. Getting a bit tight for changing the time off at our work places for me and the hubby and the son, if we want to grab somewhere for end of September poss Alton towers.
I honestly thought back in March that by now things would have been different. |

I'd be fairly confident in saying that October isn't happening.

So difficult - we all live in hope!
I was due to fly early November, but my decision was made for me when the Agents contacted me as my balance was due so I changed my dates to May next year. I was pleasantly surprised that it only cost me another £100. Dare I actually think I might actually travel then... who knows, I hope so but it is out of my hands so it has been "parked" for now! |

I’m another who thinks October is unlikely. Opening the border to us is just not a priority. I’m rebooked for May and not even that confident about that.

Me and my 2 boys going 26th Apr to 10th May and doing a wee practice trip down to LEGOLAND, Chessington, Thorpe in October break... Never been that time of year either but really looking forward to it... Lovely weather, quieter parks and got an amazing price for us... Not doing Disney as we are doing Universal, Discovery Cove Ultimate and maybe Boggy Creek Airboat... No time for Disney and too expensive.
I wouldn't think twice about May...do it😁😁 Terry |

I doubt Oct will be going a head. People will insist to stay optimistic but as I have said for a very long time, (June, July, August and September) the facts and historical trend is now against october trips.
