Paperwork? what do I need

Feel a bit dim and getting stressed, used to be so simple
Other than your boarding pass I need the following:
esta
COVID certificate
Assertion form
Passport

Is there anything else, flying with United and the app is playing up, flying tomorrow

We flew mid July from LHR with BA and Didnt need to show anything except passport and boarding pass, we used the verify app so that covered covid and assertion. Esta is also computerised so no need to show it. Having paper copies of the above is good for peace of mind but was not required
