Six flags hurricane harbour VS Knott's Soak City?

Anyone been to either? Any thoughts or opinions? Oldest DS has finally had an opinion about our trip and he wants to visit a water park...

Edited to add: we are 2 relatively thrill seeking teens and 2 adults (1 very mild thrill seeker and one moderate thrill seeker, but both would like to relax at least briefly! )

I don�t know about Six flags but have been to Knotts soak city and to be honest thought it was all a bit dirty, that was in 2017 so may of changed now

We did go to Aquatica near San Diego and that was ok but didn�t have the same stuff as Florida, all I remember was that is was really humid and very near to the Mexico border

I would see if there are any up to date reviews on tripadvisor x
