I think that is what they are trying to ascertain at the moment.

There was definitely cocaine in her system Tom.
Also Fentanyl but they are also trying to establish if this was after the accident (which is likely considering the extent of her injuries).
I also agree that there are more important things happening in the world but two children are about to lose their mother who is a very well known actress in an accident that looks highly likely could have been avoided, therefore I believe it warranted acknowledgement and discussion.

She has a well documented struggle with mental health for decades - this is not a time for “gawping” = I feel terribly sad that the black dog lead her to such actions in the past and feel probably this time too (narcotics or not (and many MH meds would come up as nartcotics - heck that us why MDMA/ecstasy was invented and can still sometime be prescribed in the USA and occasionally here )

I have just read some stuff about her childhood which I was never aware of. What an absolutely tragic start in life she had that must have caused her huge emotional trauma.

Whilst I cannot in all good conscience condone getting into a car when under the influence I accept and acknowledge that this poor lady has obviously struggled with the effects of childhood abuse throughout her life.

Such a tragic loss of life of someone who was extremely talented and was obviously a loving mother. My thoughts remain with her two children at what must be a very difficult time for them.

Just shows how someone’s life isn’t always as it seems , things arent black and white .
Glad no one else was injured .

She clearly suffered from severe trauma and mental health issues that most of us probably couldn’t understand or imagine .
