Spain entry requirements

Hi, just wondering if we need to do anything except take our vaccine certificates with us. Do we need to fill any forms in for Spain? Has anyone been recently. Thanks.

We went to Tenerife last month and main rules were around being fully vaccinated. Must have had booster if 2nd vaccine was over 270 days ago, or take test prior to going. We didn’t have to fill in any forms due to being fully vaccinated. We had our passes on NHS app. None of us were asked to show them, just asked at the airport If we were vaccinated!

Our son and daughter in law went to Gran Canaria a month ago they filled in the Spanish health form but it wasn’t checked at all.

We had same in Futeventura but our son and family were randomly selected for checking the week before. They just had to show vaccination proof.

We are just back from mainland Spain. No entry forms were needed but evidence of being fully vaccinated was required and they checked this after we got through passport control.

Having said that it wasn’t a very robust check, all we had to do was hand the man our printed NHS vaccine certificates, but they could have been anyones as there was no check that they related to us eg by checking names against our passports.

We went to Gran Canaria in June. After passport control they had Covid control - a series of tables set up in a long corridor. Our Covid printouts were checked and the booster one scanned along with our passport.

That’s changed a bit then - we were in Tenerife in June and we had to have our covid passes scanned when we passed through passport control. We’re going to to Fuerteventura in three weeks so maybe it’ll be a breeze getting through.
