Mistake on the attestation form

I think I�ve said DH is a US citizen
and it�s not asked for his covid vaccination details I can�t find a way to correct it and I can�t change it
Shall I delete the app and start again - presumably this will delete the data or di I sort out at the airport?

Surely the data gets sent to the airline and doesn't just sit on your phone? If that's the case, then I wouldn't think that deleting the app would help. ☹️

If already sent, I suggest contacting the Airline ASAP.
Prior them to forwarding to US CBP/TSA.
Waiting until the airport could cause untold issues.
