If you are going from Gatwick or Heathrow then there is an M&S in the terminals before you go through security.
Should be plenty of options there - healthy and less so - that you can take on board with you.

We had this a couple weeks ago, it was nice, we usually go in spoons first. If we going to Spain then family pack of m&m's 😊. Also for long haul it pays to take a meal deal on just in case. 😊

Please don’t judge!
 We don’t eat it all on the plane, we have some on the journey up to Miami the following day and then use it for car snacks during the holiday. I like to have something to eat, just in case.

Between breakfast before flying, meals on the plane (we usually like plane food
 ) and eating later in the evening I usually have a bag of wine gums and mints with me.
