Heathrow Terminal 5

Which restaurants serve breakfast?

What are the lounges like? Are they worth it?

Haven’t been to Heathrow in yonks...the last lounge I went to at Gatwick was really busy and stank of egg.
Don’t want to fork out if it’s not great.

If you go to the Heathrow website all the menus are there for you to look over, as for the lounges there not in same league as the BA ones, but you will get away from the crowds for a bit for a drink and snack

As I mentioned in my thread about the Plaza lounge, some lounges are short staffed and running at capacity so unless you pre-book you probably won’t get in, unless you have a long lay-over like we had.

Wetherspoons served breakfast and it was pretty good. Not your usual spoons prices but compared to other Restaurants within T5 it wasn’t extortionate.

Should be plenty of choice.

Enjoy the break.

We used the aspire lounge two weeks ago, breakfast food was okay, coffee was good the nice part was escaping the main airport which was packed.
There were queues for some of the restaurants we passed. We had pre booked the lounge so walked straight in.
