I received a letter today confirming that my account was showing the TC flights amount being credited. They did say that if the merchant refunded me 🤔 then they would debit the amount.

My flights were refunded to me yesterday. So my balance is now up that amount, minus £29.99 which was on my card from last month.

I had a letter today and checked the amount has come off the card and credited on the October statement and will help cover the replacement costs
 - I hope everyone else gets sorted soon.

Got mine sorted today. We booked new flights to Tenerife which ended up being £200 cheaper so quids in all round
