Finally, got the email this morning to let me know the payment has been made. What a wait that was.

Hi can anyone tell me if they’re still waiting for their refund, to cut a long story short I decided to save chasing money should TC go into liquidation I would cancel our existing holiday with them and put all monies paid up until then onto a new holiday, the lady that had booked our holidays for the last 20 years cancelled the TC holiday but they did not release the money, so consequently we had a cancelled holiday and a holiday that wasn’t actually rebooked. With this in mind (sorry for waffling) we’ve filled in all requested information but are still waiting on a refund, so just wondered if anyone could make me feel a little more at ease and tell me that they’re are loads of people anxiously waiting ? Thank you so much.
