T.C refund help!

So i had paid £100 deposit by debit card and then 3 payments by direct debit. I cancelled my direct debit 2 days before they officially collapsed. I applied through caa for the refund for my debit card payment and got the reference number. I’ve seen a few people say they had to apply for their refund through caa as they had cancelled their refund. I tried to do this but the website wouldnt allow me to do so as i had already made a claim! Any advice or a phone number to speak to someone?

Do you mean because you cancelled the DD? If so it shouldn’t make any difference you should still get the DD refund automatically.

Thanks, i managed to call them, they chap thinks i should still get it refunded. If not i have to call them Monday evening and they will amend my claim over the phone!
