Missing case returned robbed - gutted
So eventuall got our missing case back minus, camera, watch, calvin Klein bag, new clothes.etc .

Virgin , flew Orlando to Manchester , one case was missing and found in Gatwick only just got it back today and it’s been ransacked .

How dreadful. I seem to remember you said your Husband (I think) put a camera in there.
I would certainly make a claim against the Airline but I wouldn't hold my breath on being successful. Sorry to hear about this though, you must be very upset.

They’ve told me to fill in a form to claim but now starting to think I’d be better claiming through travel insurance.

Yes Tom also had put his favourite Mickey Mouse watch in and that’s gone too. we are pretty unhappy about it but to be honest a good friend of mine passed away whilst I was on holiday so puts it into perspective . You can replace possessions you can only hold into memories of those you lose. I know you have had a recent sad loss too so will understand.
