UK hotel ideas? A night or two

In need of some inspiration! My brain is mush atm with planning...

So in Feb I’m getting married eeeek!

Looking for some quirky/different/cozy hotel/bnb type ideas for a night or two. Just to relax, will be a little bit till we manage the honeymoon I think 😄😄

Congratulations!

We got married in the Lake District last year and there are lots of hotels here that are gorgeous. What about a nice spa hotel?

If you really want quirky, check our canopy and stars, they do some lovely glamping venues, tree house, converted showmans caravans and even train carriages.

Sounds grim, but some of them are done out really beautifully and certainly something different although not the cheapest.

I was going to suggest the prison hotel in Oxford when I saw the thread title, but now I know it is after a wedding it seems inappropriate.

We once did a few nights in a shepherds hut in Devon, I think that was booked through Canopy. & Stars that PP mentioned.

Lindeth Howe is nice in Bowness. Good restaurant too.
