Let's keep updates on DD refunds
Thiught we could all keep eachother updated on whether people have had comtact/refunds so we no when they get started

We'd paid off about half of our August 2020 holiday by direct debit.
I went onto the website today and it said,that we would get automatically refunded directly into our bank accounts. So I don't have to do anything? I actually also paid £180 in cash, what do I do about that?

The amount that you paid by DD will be automatically refunded back to your bank account within the next 14 days.
You have to claim the £180 seperately via the claim form when it’s released next Monday. |

Luckily I have booked another holiday so I'll put the refunded money straight into that!

I woke up in the middle of the night and realised that I hadn't paid by Direct Debit but with a DEBIT CARD!
