Mobile Byojet

has anybody booked through byojet? I’ve seen really good prices with them but they might be too good to be true.

Hi Claire - I did a tad research on them for my brother last year. Whilst bearing in mind that generally you'll rarely read good reviews as people whinge once something goes amiss that, often, is of their own making - wanting to change dates, times, not thoroughly checking the confirmation et al., only to find BYOJET have change fees (of course they do!), there are reviews (see HERE) from some who appear to have a genuine grievance, that led me to advise bro caveat emptor. I believe their main location is in Australia altho they do have a UK site. Many reviews claim, post booking, they're very difficult to contact, stating call centre staff can be unhelpful/incompetent.

I've used LastMinute (via Quidco for circa 2% cash back) a few times, usually their prices are very competitive - they're worth a look Claire. On one occasion our first flight was cancelled, LM staff were very good, agreed to my alternative and had it changed in minutes. Last winters flights were £120pp cheaper than booking direct with VA, this winter we're saving £80pp by booking with Delta.

I have used them twice in the last 6 months - both for long-haul, Business Class flights. No issues !

Edited at 11:58 AM. Reason: typo

We've used then in the past for British Airways flights. We got them at a bargain price and had absolutely no problems at all. We received our booking reference number very quickly after booking and we were able to log in to the BA website to manage our booking straight away. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
