But you don’t have to call today? Why not leave it a few days. All you need to do is register your preference to defer in manage my booking and then it won’t be automatically cancelled.

Personally rather than spend 3.5 hours on hold, I would put in for the cancellation and rebook online. All done in ten minutes or am I really missing something?

We can't even get through to Virgin, just says the phone lines are closed and hangs up.

I work full time so can only call on weekend, have a $300 gift card on this years booking so want to ask if it can be added to next years instead. I can think of a better way to spend my day off but there is ra reason for doing it.
