When I rang there was no callback option, even checked in m6mums phone, guess there’s too many. 18 minutes in, I’m not ready for this!

If you request a callback on a mobile is that an international number and do you get charged?

I used my mobile and the number that called me back was 0800 (I think) .. when I answered it said who it was xx

I’ve just been on my smarty account and it shows I’ve never called (it’s not showing) .. there’s calls made after so I haven’t been charged anything xx

I'm seeing on FB groups that you can't book DDP over the phone. Has anyone managed to pay for it next year?

Guy told me it is suspended at the minute .. I had wanted to add it, it is still showing on the website but won’t be honoured I think x
