Wanting to change my booking to next year, got to do it by 27th June but not holding out much hope of doing it

I called 35 mins ago and said 167 min wait then. Probably just a standard message to put people off.

I called 2 mins past 9 and got the 167 mins x
I put my number in for the call back which they did but I’m still on hold 23 mins and counting lol xx
