Amazon UK also showing the book in stock with delivery before Christmas. Good news.

Oops got it wrong. It is only the Kindle advertised on Amazon for 2021. The book is still marked unavailable.

Many thanks, Stu, we just couldn't find it on Amazon.co.uk, even with a full Kindle search (maybe the perils of being in the US?!).

Ironically the UK site doesn't give us the 'Look Inside' feature, but we have been able to find it on Amazon.com
