P.S.
Not Hoover dam as we're doing that on a day trip to the Grand Canyon

Hi,
Have you ever driven from Vegas to La? If not you could go as far as Baker, to see the worlds tallest thermometer. The views over that way are amazing, and you could stop at one of the casinos at Primm as well. Buffalo Bills is like old school Vegas. If you go the other way there are great views along to Mesquite, and if you don’t go quite as far you can drive through the Valley of Fire. |

That looks do-able, about an hours journey each way gives me 2 hours there

13 mile scenic drive just on the doorstep of LV... *can't post links apparently* So search Red Rock Canyon and you'll see a link for the drive and map on their site.
They have a map on that link. Not done it myself but planning on to this summer. But I'll be in a bloody massive SUV with family. Not as much fun... |

Agree with Red Rock Canyon. There’s a 13 mile scenic loop so you can drive around and see different areas.
We preferred Red Rock to Valley of Fire but I think Valley of Fire is a bit further away so you could give the Ferrari a good run out. |

We hired an Audi R8 when in Vegas a couple of years back for a similar amount of time and did plan on doing Red Rock Canyon... when it came to it we found we ended up spending so long taking photos and videos that we ran out of time to go that far so spent the time just cruising up and down the strip in it... my OH was in his absolute element!

I wonder if it might be frustrating with a fast car and Red Rock? At least know you won’t be using the engine to it’s full excitement! We loved Red Rock but you have to go slowly because of cyclists, scooter tours, and just the roads and scenery in general. What I’m trying to badly say is, if you’re after Ferrari speed this may not provide the best 13 miles.
