FP availability tool

How frequently does this update? So often I've seen availability showing for something but when I try to book it's not available - but I go back to the tool and it still shows as available

I don't meant to sound ungrateful or critical - I know an awful lot of effort's been put into it and I do appreciate it - I'm just wondering how reliable it actually is... or whether it's meant to be seen as a general guide?

It tells you at the bottom of the page when it last updated. Basically once per hour but not during the 12-2pm period as that is peak booking time.
