Great customer service from Discovery Cove

I told Discovery Cove that our travel agent wasn't refunding our booking and they said to just email them our reservation numbers and they would hold the booking open for 18 months.

Just in case anyone was in the same boat as me!

They were very good during the 'hurricane' last year too, moved our reservation with no problems

I should have gone last September but was ill on the day. I rang them and they said they'd hold the booking open for two years. I rebooked for this September but who knows if I'll get there!
