Thank you very much! I do feel like it's a bit of a hidden gem as everyone tends to stick to the north of the island, but if you don't mind a quieter pace then Jandia is fab - I bet your 40th was wonderful 😍

Well..an unofficial one! Whilst looking at next year's holiday prices, purely for research purposes (!) I compared the hotel we stay at in Fuerteventura to Universal first of all and it wasn't *that* much more to do 10 nights club level at Portofino - which is insane really! (And totally your fault 😜 ) So I then looked at AKL also for 10 nights and with the Disney tickets and free DDP was even cheaper - properly shocked
😱 I think we both genuinely need a lazy holiday next year, but when I told DH about prices, even he faltered for a minute. I think he will agree to go the year after next as like me, there was stuff he didn't get to do this year - plus his sense of taste and smell was still absent after a bout of Covid a month or so before we went, so not quite the same experience for him. I will coerce him, I am quietly confident of that 😉 🤞🏻

That’s so interesting, I looked at May half term prices in Europe, you’re absolutely right, costs the same if not less to go to Florida.
Will be interested to see what you decide, we keep mulling over Europe too…. 😊
