CP is my all time fave character dining and think your little one will love it.

Mine also enjoyed Chef Mickey.

We liked them all but the breakfast at cape may cafe in the beach club seemed less crowded and more relaxed than some of the others. I also thought the food was particularly good.

I guess it depends on if he has favourite characters.

At 2 1/2 you may get smiles etc but the child will not remember a thing about it. Obviously some good photo opportunities , maybe more for yourself ! And why not

Was going to suggest Crystal Palace - we've done it loads over the years & it's lovely !

Other than that, Chef Mickeys !?! But..as someone else has said, at 2.5yrs - probably won't remember it anyway so pick to suit you !

Absolutely do CP. it’s our first morning tradition and has been since DS was 18 months.

Will they remember it? Possibly not. Does that matter? Not in the least because you will and you’ll be able to look back at it with such love and fondness.

Enjoy!

My little boy who was 27 months old on our trip last May is still talking about his meetings with characters. 2.5 is definitely old enough to remember. And lovely for the parents too 🙂

My 27 month old loved our meals at Tusker House and Cape May Cafe. They are slightly less busy than Chef Mickey which for me is too frantic I’m afraid. In Tusker House we sat in one of the smaller side rooms which was perfect. And Cape May is really relaxed. Traditional characters too. We are doing both of these again in a few weeks

We took youngest DD when she was 3 and she was a little scared of Piglet at CP but soon got into it. I'd say Chef Mickey's is good too for the main characters. Tusker House at Animal Kingdom is good as well.
