Where to go on Halloween?

Help me please with suggestions if possible...we are actually 5/6 days into our holiday on the 31 st this will be the first time we’ve actually been there for Halloween,
We don’t have Disney tickets and did think about Mickeys Halloween party but worried about the crowds/money it costs etc
We have universal tickets and also sea world and aquatica

We are doing Discovery Cove 2 Nov so that’s covered too,
I’m can’t decide wether to do something completely different on Halloween away from parks or shop or get involved somewhere .. just confused really lol
Any help would be lovely

MNSSHP & HHN will be extremely busy on both nights.

Would suggest going to Celebration as an alternative

Trick or treating at Celebration is great (and free!) but get there early as later on in the evening the q of cars backs on to the 192! We got there arounf 4pm and had a good run at all the houses and avoided the worst of the crowds.

The houses there go all out - loads of decorations and themes.

We have friends who moved from the U.K. to Florida and lived in celebration for a few years and we saw her house when we visited before, the Halloween decorations were amazing

We've been there on the 31st, we did the HHN building up to the date and on the 31st we went to Disney Springs, had a walk round, people were dressed up, the place is all done up and wasn't overly busy

Unless i particularly wanted to do one of the extras (HHN or MNSSHP) i would probably just treat is as any other day and do the park / non park day that fit best in my schedule, but i'm not really bothered about halloween!

Personally I would not pay the price again for MNSSHP, the parade was good but it was extremely busy and the queues were mad. When my youngest is older I would like to do universal but thought the disney one was overated.
