We picked up a few ideas from 'minute to win it' show.
Some of the games make great quick party games. Take a look.

At Christmas we always have a present wrapped in lots of layers of wrapping paper (usually something small like chocolate). When it’s your turn you have to put the woolly hat and oven gloves on and try unwrapping. The person next to you rolls the two dice whilst you are unwrapping and once they get two sixes it’s their turn.

There are lots of great minute to win it games if you Google. We play some at work and also with family and they are great fun.

One of our favourites - get a bowl of sweets like smarties or skittles, next to it an empty bowl. Players are timed (30 or 60 seconds) and have to move as many sweets to the empty bowl by sucking them up with a straw. Another silly one - two teams, each has a pair of tights and a hand full of balloons (not blown up) it’s then a race to blow up the balloons and fill the legs of the tights with them - then one player puts them on their head. They’re supposed to look like Reindeer antlers. I love the wrapped up chocolate one too - we had to cut it up with a knife and fork as well as unwrapping it. Like a bit of Christmas silliness x

LRC - Left, Right and Centre, a very simple dice games for all ages. I always have a small prize for game winners.

We do knife and fork wrapped chocolate bar game with ski gloves, bobble hat and scarf.
Roll a 6 to have a go.
Beetle Drive or for Xmas, draw a Snowman instead. Each number of dice is part of snowman eg 1 = body, 2 = hat. You can't add carrot nose for 3 unless you have both 1 and 2
Prob lots more but that's it for now! 😀
