We enjoy Millers, Steak and Shake, and our absolute musts are Mannys and the Cheesecake Factory at Mall of Millenia!

Yes to Culvers! Bob Evans is very close to Windsor Hills, we stayed in a six bed villa in April, it was lovely.
Golden Corale is definitely the best of the buffet breakfasts. Rolling Oaks has the Suoer Target, we got a massive pizza in there for seven dollars! Cooked back at the villa.
Plenty of places to eat there too. Sweet Tomatoes, Longhorns, Bahama Breeze. Millers ale house is across the road from there, and is great value.
I suggest you look on Google maps and do a reccie. Check out the roads around the resort. livingstone Road takes you across to Formosa Gardens if the 192 is busy.

Hi just wondering if there are any restaurants within walking distance of Windsor Hills at all?

Not really, you could walk up to the 192, it’s about 1-1.5miles (so 30-40 min) away depending where abouts you are at Windsor hills.
But I can only think of ihop just there. Most restaurants are a bit further along.

Can anyone tell me if Outback is still there - just googled for the one we have previously been to near Windsor Hills and it's not coming up?

Yes it is but Longhorn and Texas Roadhouse get better reviews on here.
