Villa with annexe or pool house

Hi anyone rented a villa with a separate pool house or annexe ? Any suggestion greatly appreciate

I know there are houses like this at Grand Reserve because a friend had one as a long term rental. I believe Linfields might have some as well.

My own house has a master suite on the ground floor and then 3 bedrooms upstairs so fairly separate. No separate entrance but it would be much easier to find one like that.

I have seen some referred to as courtyard villas on Thousand Oaks community. We almost booked one that had the fourth bedroom as a separate annexe a couple of years ago but decided against it in the end. The one we were looking at was on vr360homes but there may be others on other villa sites. It didn’t have any separate kitchen facilities or such like but was an en-suite bedroom separate from the rest of the house if that’s what you’re looking for.
