complaint help please

hi could anyone help i have tried to complain through the customer services relations of disneyland paris and have sent emails and messages afew times but noone responds can anyone here give a name or email possible both to someone who will reply

When did you email? It can take up to 10 weeks for a reply.

Google CEO for DLP and send them an email complaint. Most of these big orgs have a specialist Directors complaints department, it guarantees a much quicker response!

Bob Iger is the CEO of The Walt Disney Company, Catherine Powell was until recently CEO of DLP but is now head of Disney Parks West (USA & France). A new CEO for DLP is yet to be confirmed.

I would call Disney and ask to speak to, or the email address for the secretary of Catherine Powell, and send your complaint via them.

Have you tried twitter? I had a complaint about some things in the summer at WDW and guest services contacted me straight away and my issues were resolved in 3 days of my complaint? (I know it DLP) I’ve tweeted DLP a few times and they’ve always responded quickly, social media complaints seem to get answers much quicker than an email these days!
