Hi.
We will be on 60 days to go by this weekend. Should we have received an email or paperwork with reference number and details to ring the booking line or do we just ring with our name and arrival date?

They don't even always ask for a booking reference. Anyone can call and make reservations. They ask your name, and phone number. I've been asked if I'm staying in a Disney hotel, and they usually ask if you have a dining plan. They then advise you whether the restaurant is covered by your plan, and let you know if the one you chose requires top up from your voucher face value. Xx

You also don't get any confirmation of your reservations if you book over the phone - but you can get ask town hall or a Disney hotel concierge to print them out for you when you arrive.

When I arrived in October at Santa Fe, as I checked in the CM asked if I'd made reservations yet. When I said I had she literally said 'I'll go ahead and print those for you then'. And just did. Slipped them into my envelope with everything else. I think I was lucky with who checked me in, as she was the same one who told me about the free hot drinks that no one is ever told about! 😂😂 xx
