Beginning of October
Hi All,
I'm planning a 4 night trip in October 2019 and have only ever been to DLP either in January or beginning of September. I found September significantly busier due to Spanish school holidays so didn't enjoy it as much. What are the crowds like in October? I have the first two weeks booked off so am able to be flexible with the dates.

generally lovely and quiet midweek, still warm-ish in early October but as always with DLP, the chance of rain . In your 2nd week, the Halloween season will be in full swing at DLP, one of my very favourite times of year there.
Enjoy! |

I went the 14th - 17th October this year and it was brilliant. Not too busy, pretty quiet for EMT. And surprisingly to me, 24 - 26 degree temps for most of the day! A bit chilly in the morning and late evening, but otherwise outstanding weather!
The big rides still had reasonably large queues at times, but I only really noticed the wait (that DIDN'T match what it said at the entrance or on the app) on Autopia, and we had to run to use our fastpass for Buzz, but luckily where it's right nearby we made it by the skin of our teeth! We noticed that they also opened Star Tours earlier than advertised too. Not quite at the start of EMT, but not far after. Also, a lot of people ran to Princess Pavilion, I reckon that's where everyone is for EMT. We were about 10 people/families back, and it still took about 40 mins. xx |

I’ve been at the end of September / beginning of October for a couple of years and I’ve always found it really quiet. I think the longest I queued was about 35 mins for Crusha’s coaster. Next time I just did the single rider queue but otherwise most of them were walk ons or short waits!
