Onsite for me. I've stayed off site twice previously and had 2 bad experiences with hotels (maybe just unlucky!). I also love the Disney bubble.

Off for us... I really did contemplate on site (before ddp prices lol) but wrote a lost of for and against. .. when looking through it I realised the freedom of where to eat when I wanted no hassle of adrs etc and seeing a little more of florida than just disney... not even factoring the price difference! Clear winner for us x

off site villa for us currently but if it were just hubby and I (without the children) we'd probably opt for on site.

I love playing house in a villa and my children like having the whole pool to themselves. When the were younger it was ideal to be able to put them to bed when they were tired whilst hubby and I could still enjoy an evening around the pool. Now they're older, the extra bathrooms are definitely going to be the bonus!

I am used to having my own space and I struggle in hotels, we are going to Spain in Sept and not looking forward to it because it's a hotel and we won't have as much room. It's personal choice.

I've done both in the past but the next is five nights at AKL then 9nights in a villa then off on a honeymoon cruise so your poll doesn't apply either way.

I voted for on as I love being immersed in it all but recent holidays have been a mix of a week onsite with one or two weeks off site, which gives us the best off both worlds. So if there had been a both option I would have voted for that.

We are trying a week onsite with DDP this year as part of a 3 week trip but I voted offsite as I couldn't do onsite for the whole trip and eat Disney food for the whole time and this is just a one off!

Onsite for us, both of us drive everyday for work so it's great to not have too and it means we can both have a drink
