Just back and thought I'd leave an update 😀

Went thinking it would be ok for the kids but wasn't expecting to enjoy it too much. Been years before, didn't like it! Glad to say I was pleasantly surprised!

Ok, it wasn't Disneyworld, but I really enjoyed it.

We were there 5 nights. Stayed at Cheyenne. Loved the theming. The busses were brilliant. Weather was great too.
Never encountered any rudeness thankfully (really put me off years ago)
Rides were great, managed to get on numerous times 😀

Restaurants were ok, not amazing but could always find something we liked.

The kids loved it, had an amazing time and I really enjoyed it too. There was a good atmosphere in the park, lots of people enjoying themselves.
Perfect for a quick break when you want a bit Disney without a long flight.

I did find it expensive, comparing like for like, but we still had a really good time without going crazy shopping.

I would go back again!

Sounds like a great trip, I haven't been since 2012 but really want to go back.

We loved DLP too. Lots of the rides are even better than WDW. Have tried to get a short break this year but prices seem crazy expensive compared to October half term last year.

Sounds great we have never been to DLP before have booked a trip for March next year and really looking forward to it.

Try not to compare to Disney world...I think that's why I didn't enjoy it the first time I went. This time I just tried to enjoy it in it's own way. It is actually pretty similar..there was times in MK when I forgot where I was and thought I was in Orlando 😂

I also really appreciated that it's not as large and is less tiring. I loved how close everything was.

I found all the staff friendly too. The children had a fantastic time too😃

Thank you I have read the this on other posts so we are going to imagine it’s our first ever trip to Disney 😊😊.
