I always part boil and bash in flour and a little oil .. I then roast half for dinner that day then open freeze the other half then throw in a zip lock bag once frozen .. they always taste just as nice either cooked straight away or frozen .. key is a good bashing with flour to get them extra crispy when cooked
this year we are at my brothers for Christmas lunch and the boys are already complaining as she is using mccains roasties and yorkie puds lol
